Cancellation Policy for Time Fusion

At Time Fusion, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how cancellations are allowed and what happens after a cancellation request is made.

1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

You may request to cancel an order only if the order has not yet been shipped or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible through one of the following methods:

• Customer support email or phone number listed on our website
• Official Time Fusion social media inbox (if applicable)

Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation to help us process your request quickly.

3. Cancellation Confirmation

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by Time Fusion. If your order is eligible, we will confirm the cancellation and update your order status accordingly.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If you have already paid for an order that is successfully cancelled, a refund will be initiated according to the payment method used:

• Online Payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund is required as payment was not collected.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or mobile financial service. Any transaction fees charged by payment gateways (if applicable) may be non-refundable.

5. Non-Cancellable Situations

Time Fusion may not be able to cancel orders in the following situations:

• The order has already been shipped/dispatched
• The order is marked as out for delivery
• The product is customized, special order, or made-to-order (if applicable)

6. Company-Initiated Cancellations

Time Fusion reserves the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or stock issues
• Pricing or listing errors
• Payment verification failure
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Delivery limitations for the provided address

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, a refund will be issued as applicable.

Time Fusion reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
